As the IT support person for CCC, I have personally worked with Joe Lunsford on many computer/network related incidents and found him to be courteous and prompt but even more importantly, an invaluable resource to the success of smooth information operations here at our church. Joe stays current on the issues and always has our best interest at heart. Inevitably a business will have to allow the technology consultant into sensitive areas of information and Joe has withheld the highest standard of professionalism at those times. We just wouldn't know what to do without ITMR.
